General Responsibilities

We are seeking a hands-on and self-driven leader to join Donlen’s core fleet product management team as Program Manager. In this role, you will take on a broad range of operational responsibilities of defined products. You will act as the business liaison to PMO/IT in order to drive the development of projects to successful implementation.
We are looking for a candidate who will enjoy gaining a deep understanding of the commercial automotive fleet industry in order to translate that knowledge successfully in a matrix organization. As a subject matter expert, you will cross-functionally lead, create alignment and contribute to Donlen’s future innovation of products. - Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple products and associated projects geared to enhance the product value proposition.
- Acts as key liaison and subject matter expert to the PMO/IT functions in order to relay business requirements, participate in daily scrum meetings, determine project release trains, engage in user acceptance and provide approval for production release.
- Oversees commercial rollouts of new products or product enhancements. Coordinate launch schedules and activities with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service.
- Acts as product evangelist via maintaining knowledge database of product features and benefits, holding product training sessions and being single point of contact for any day-to-day inquiries of assigned products.
- Develops training material for sales and engage in promotional activities, such as customer webinars, in order to boost product awareness and sales.
- Supports successful onboarding of customers for assigned products. Advises customers to select optimal setup parameters aimed to maximize value received from products.
- Creates product reports and mine data to uncover new business opportunities.
- Provides input to long range product roadmap and innovation ideas based on information collected from customers, key internal stakeholders and own creative thought leadership.
- Executes ad-hoc assignments on time, presents results in a structured method consumable by a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Supports sales with customer visits and presentations as required.
- Participates in regular product/project review meetings with Senior Leadership Team to update on progress of active initiatives

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or related field. Masters/MBA degree a plus
- 5 years experience in a project or program management function with focus on delivering business value through IT solutions
- Strong financial and strategic business acumen
- Experience in the automotive services and/or fleet management industry a plus
- In-depth use and knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Six Sigma certification
- Experience with Agile project management approach
