General Responsibilities

The Telematics and GPS Administrator will be responsible for handling the day to day activities and customer needs associated with Donlen’s telematics and GPS. These activities will include but are not limited to responding to customer requests, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting the telematics and GPS programs.

- Understand product offerings
- Answer and complete customer requests
- Fulfill product orders including provisioning and shipping
- Update internal databases
- Maintain product inventory
- User training on telematics and GPS products
- Assist in customer billing
- Audit and maintain signed memorandum of understanding database

Mandatory Requirements

- H.S. Diploma/GED required; Associates or Bachelor degree
