Corporate Support Services Admin plays a key role in providing service/support to all areas of the business including reception. Processing and distributing incoming mail to employees in a corporate setting. Ensuring the business continues to maintain high standards and compliance within the organization. Responsible for regular administrative functions to meet both operational requirements and procedures. Ability to work quickly and efficiently with all areas of the business. Essential Job Functions- Receive and sort mail for all departments (including interoffice mail)- Receive outgoing mail by preparing it for shipment- Able to operate mailroom equipment, including postage meters, mail sorting machines with fold and insert capabilities, scanners/printers, mail sealers, envelope openers, and labeling machines- Processing critical time documents for all areas of the business following a scheduled timeline- Receive and distribute packages in a timely manner to employees- Scanning and indexing of department documents- Inventory and supply fulfillment for company supplies as well as all hospitality areas- Ordering and stocking of shipping and mailing supplies- Assist with Fed Ex profile set up- Data entry- Reception duties- Multi-tasking all day with employee requests and critical timelines for departments- Process recalls/warranty notices with a 6 day turnaround for the business - Cross trained with other employees in the department- Other duties as assigned
